· 推行关于质量改进、提高可靠性和成本效益的维修工艺流程
· 飞机结构故障分析，制定排故措施
· 评估服务通告、适航指令及其它技术资料
· 编写、审核和依据授权批准维修工卡, 工艺流程表和参考文档
· 向运营部、市场部等部门提供工程技术支援
· 在飞机结构维修专业有8年以上的工作经验，工程经验优先
· 在中文和英文方面都具有良好的写作与表达技巧，必须通过CET6
· 有良好的沟通能力和人际关系
